Precision CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) driven Flash Cutter designed to cut any 2 dimensional non-metallic shapes up to 60” x 120” in size and up to ½” in thickness. Flash cutting eliminates die costs for short and medium production runs.

We can cut something as simple as I.D., O.D. rings or as complex as multi-port gaskets, for a quick turn-around time. Our traveling head presses are capable of die cutting any size order you need. Our 35 Ton presses are designed to cut up to 30” x 80” dies. We stock an inventory of thousands of dies to meet your gasket needs.

Our expert hand cutting team is ready to meet your large gasket needs. We can make any Non-Asbestos gasket you require in one pc. Up to 150” OD. If you need larger than that we would design a dovetail gasket to meet your specifications. Our 30’ cutting table was created to manufacture some of the largest gaskets in the industry.
